Save your time
Prepare for a mixed bag at this motel. While the friendly staff and clean, updated rooms are a plus, be wary of the frequent train noise and inconsistent amenities. The cozy charm is evident, but some renovations are urgently needed.

After a tasty detour to A&W for their rootsy flavors, staying in the Deluxe Queen Room was a cozy surprise, with a clean vibe and comfy beds. Plus, let’s not forget the chill Route 66 ambiance that just grabs ya!
On the flip side, the wifi was weaker than a gas station coffee, and the AC unit struggled like it was on its last leg. Plus, don’t get your hopes up for breakfast, that’s a total myth.

Just a proper fit for a brief stop-in. The air conditioning kept the room cool enough at night despite being too cold during the day. For a comfortable stay, bringing earplugs might help with noise from outside.

I stayed for one night in a Deluxe Double Room while visiting the Petrified Forest. The property had a unique charm that was quite fitting for Route 66. The staff provided good communication regarding my late check-in, and the room was clean with good water pressure in the shower. However, the frequent train noise was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to get a full night's rest.

The staff were accommodating, allowing early check-in, which was a nice touch. The room featured a comfortable setup and a lovely wooden floor, adding a charming ambiance. However, the lack of a nightstand near the bed was inconvenient, and while the kitchen and living space were integrated, it felt a bit cramped. Additionally, the WiFi connection was reliable, which was a plus during my stay.
